    • Provide prompt response to network issues; conduct preventive or proactive network repair outside of normal business hours when required

  • Installation and Service Technician

  • Qualifications:

    • Experience within electronic security or related field.
    • Strong mechanical, electrical and electronic aptitude.
    • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

    Job Details:

    • Install, service and inspect intrusion alarm, fire alarm, access control, digital video surveillance and related systems.
    • Ability to use use mobile apps in the field and work with a remote team to get systems up and running.
    • Ability to walk clients thru step-by-step, hands-on use of security technologies.

  • Calibration Software Engineer

  • Qualifications:

    • B.S. in EE/CE/CS or related field or equivalent combination of education/experience with measurement and calibration tools.
    • Knowledge of domestic automotive ECU development process, CCP & XCP, automotive protocols such as CAN, MATLAB/Simulink/RTW, Rapid Prototyping, and LabVIEW preferred.
    • Strong communication skills, problem solving, trouble shooting and teamwork skills.

    Job Details:

    • Manage and implement projects to assist customers integrating tools into their processes.
    • Provide technical support for in-vehicle measurement and calibration tools, troubleshooting and finding resolution.
    • Deliver customer training including the development of courseware, classroom and workshop instruction.
